摘要
目的确定白芍的提取工艺。方法采用均匀设计法,以芍药苷提出量为指标优选提取工艺。结果以煎煮3次、每次加入6倍量水、煎煮50min为最佳提取工艺。结论优选的工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Methods Taking the content of paeoniflorin as observation index, we studied the extraction process by average design. Results The best technology is 6 times water, 3 time and 50 min of each time. Conclusion The best technology is stable and feasibitable.
