摘要
目的以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助的方法,研究夏枯草中总三萜化合物的最佳提取工艺。方法以总三萜酸的含量为指标,选取影响因素为超声功率、料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度。通过响应面法的Box-Behnken进行实验设计,对超声提取工艺进行优化。结果优选最佳工艺条件为:超声功率150 W,料液比为1∶25,提取时间为70 min,乙醇浓度为72%。验证实验平均值为14.64 mg/g,与理论值相差0.27 mg/g。结论根据Box-Benhnken中心组合设计试验结合响应面分析法可以较好地对夏枯草中总三萜化合物的提取工艺进行优化,且提取工艺方法简单、高效。
Objective To optimize with ethanol as solvent. Methods the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total With the content of total triterpenoid acid triterpenoid from the Prunella vulgaris as index, based on single factor experi- ments, the influence factors included ultrasonic power, material liquid ratio, extraction time and ethanol concentration. The ultrasonic extraction process was optimized by the experimental design of Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Results The best process conditions:the ultrasound power was 150 W,solid-liquid ratio was 1: 25,extraction time was 70 min, ethanol concentration was 72%. The average value of verification experiment was 14.64 mg/g, which differ with the theoretical value of 0.27 mg/g. Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction of triterpenoid acid from the Prunella vulgaris was optimized by Box-Benhnken central composite design test combined with response surface methodology,and the extraction method is simple and efficient.
