摘要
从生态补偿的概念出发,进行了生态补偿的必要性、可行性论证。补偿是社会矛盾、利益差别、认识分岐的整合器,但是我国的补偿制度还十分不健全。据此从补偿主体、补偿对象以及补偿形式3方面进行了生态补偿设计。
The necessity and feasibility of ecological compensation are discussed from the perspective of the concept itself. Compensation is the integration of social contradiction, benefit differences and knowledge divergences, but there are still unsatisfactory aspects in the institution of compensation of our country. Therefore the ecological compensation are designed from three perspectives in subject, object and forms of the compensation.
