摘要
对北柴胡、南柴胡、银州柴胡、秦岭柴胡地上部分（含茎、叶、花）中黄酮成分进行了薄层分析和总含量测定，为其利用提供依据。
The contents of total flavonoids in land-parts of four species ofBupleurum(Bupleurum chinense DC., B. scorzonerifolium willd., B. longicaule Wall. exDC. var. giraldii wollf., B. yinchowense Shan et Y. Li)Were identified by TLC and analysed by UV. The results would provide scientific basis for their development.
