摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜和力学性能分析方法研究了加热温度对含稀土低合金耐磨铸铁冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:当加热温度为950℃,保温3 h正火后,该材料具有良好的冲击韧性,而硬度受加热温度影响较小。
The influence of heating temperature on impact toughness of low alloy wear resistant cast iron bearing with rare earth elements was studied by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopic examination and mechanical property test. The results show that when the specimen is hold at 950℃ for 3 h, it has better impact toughness, but heating temperature has little effect on its hardness.
