摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜和力学性能分析方法研究了稀土元素及其添加量对耐磨铸铁力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土能提高耐磨铸铁的力学性能,尤其与热处理共同作用时,效果更显著,其原因主要归于碳化物由连续网状转变为独立的块状。
The influence of rare earth (RE) content on mechanical properties of wear-resistant white cast iron was studied by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopic examination and mechanical property test. The experiment results show that RE can improve the mechanical properties, especially in combination with proper heat treatment, which is mainly attributed to the change of carbides from continuous net to isolated particles.
