摘要
本文介绍了低铬合金铁的化学成份、金相组织和机械性能,分析了合金元素铭改善铸铁性能的作用机理.少量铬的加入可以明显改善铸铁的强度和硬度.这种强化是珠光体化、珠光体细化、固溶强化及细晶强化共同作用的结果,性能测试和公用效果表明,低铬合金铸铁是生产烘缸的理想材料。
This paper introduces the chcmical composition,metallographical structure and me-chanical property of low-chromium cast alloy iron;analyses the act principle of alloy element──chromium's improving the mechanical propcrty of cast iron,An additi on of little chromium can improve remarkably the strength and hardness of cast iron,which is the common act result of pearliting,pearlitic fining,solid─solution striengthening and fine-grain strength.ening.The performance test and the effect of use show that low-chromium cast alloy iron is a ideal dryer material.
