摘要
采用硬度测试、冲击试验和观察金相组织手段,研究了合金元素钒对低铬铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着钒含量的增加,试样的硬度增加。当钒含量为1.00%时,试样硬度达到56.7 HRC。试样冲击韧度并不是随着钒含量的增加而一直增大,当钒含量为0.75%时,冲击韧度达到最高为5.75 J/cm2。通过显微组织观察发现,晶粒随着钒含量的增加而细化。
The effect of vanadium content on the microstructures and properties of low alloy wear resistant cast iron was researched by means of hardness testing, shock testing and metallographic microscope. The results show that the hardness of the sample increases with the increase of vanadium content. When the vanadium content is 1.00%, the hardness reaches 56.7 HRC. But the toughness doesn't increase always with the increase of vanadium. When the vanadium content is 0.75%, the toughness reaches 5.75 J/cm^2. Moreover, the grain size is refined with the increase of vanadium.
