摘要
作为高等学校人事分配制度改革的一个部分,岗位津贴制度是一个备受高校教职工关注的敏感问题。本文以51所不同层次(类型)样本高校的岗位津贴方案为研究对象,从岗位津贴的方案分析、津贴水平的分类比较与数据分析等两个主要层面为切入点,对其现行政策进行了详细的梳理和剖析。基于对样本高校的分析,可以一定程度地反映出我国高等学校岗位津贴制度的现状。
As a part of the personnel distribution reform in institutions of higher education,post subsidy system is a sensitive issue highly concerned by staff. Based on the post subsidy system of 51 different sample institutions of higher education, and from two main aspects of anal- ysis and elassifieatory comparison of post subsidy scheme and data analysis of subsidy level, the paper clears up and analyzes the current policy of post subsidy system in detail. Based on the analysis of sample university, extent the current situation of post subsidy system in Chinese institutions of higher edueation can be reflected to a certain.
