摘要
目的:介绍身体锻炼治疗抑郁的研究现状,并试图以运动处方的形式对抑郁患者的健身康复进行指导。资料来源押应用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1995-01/2004-12期间有关抑郁与运动的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“抑郁、运动”。同时手工查阅相关资料。同时计算机检索Medline1980-01/2003-12期间的抑郁与运动相关文章,检索词“depression熏sport”,并限定文章语言种类为English。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:身体锻炼治疗抑郁的研究成果。包括横向和纵向流行病研究、实验及临床研究以及元分析研究。资料提炼:共收集到符合标准的文献28篇,排除8篇重复性研究熏纳入20篇:其中2篇揭示了抑郁的不良影响,5篇关于身体锻炼治疗抑郁的横向和纵向研究,1篇定性研究,2篇元分析研究,3篇临床研究,8篇实验研究。资料综合:抑郁是现代社会的一个主要心理健康问题,给人们的生活带来许多不良影响,许多实验及临床研究证实了身体锻炼可以有效缓解抑郁症状。为了更好地支持身体锻炼能够治疗抑郁,在制定运动处方时需要从运动方式、运动强度及持续时间等方面综合考虑,得出科学合理的运动处方。结论:在实验室的研究中发现身体锻炼可以减轻抑郁的症状,并且减少抑郁的发生率,但是,仍然没有足够的证据来解释身体锻炼和抑郁的关系。必须要有设计完善的实验、合适的测量抑郁的工具、经过量化的运动刺激以及能够控制的其他影响抑郁的潜在因素作为保证,还需要进一步地研究抑郁的神经生理机制及其运动治疗效应,才能更多地从临床上来证实身体锻炼治疗抑郁的效果。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce status of studies about physical exercise in treating depression, and try to gives guidance of exercise rehabilitation to the depressive patients by means of exercise prescriptions. DATA SOURCES: Chlnese articles about depression and exercise published between January 1995 and. December 2004 were searched in China journal full-text database by using the keywords of "depression, sport" in Chinese, relevant data were also searched manually. A computer-based online search of Medline database was undertaken to identify articles about depression and exercise published in English between January 1980 and December 2003, the keywords were "depression, sport". STUDY SELECTION: The literatures were checked firstly.Inclusive criteria: investigative outcomes of physical exercise in treating depression, including horizontal and vertical epidemiologieal studies, experiments, clinical studies and Meta analysis. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 28 articles were collected, 8 repetitive ones were excluded, and 20 were involved,including 2 revealed the adverse effect of depression, 5 about the horizontal and vertical epidemiologieal studies of physical exercise in treating depression, 1 was qualitative study, 2 were Meta analysis, 3 clinical studies and 8 were experimental studies. DATA SYNTHESIS: Depression is one of the major mental-health problems in modern soclety, which brings a lot of ill influences to our daily life. Many experimental and clinical studies have proved that physical exercise can effectively relieve depressive symptoms. In order to support that physical exercise can treat depression, it should be considered comprehensively from the pattern, intensity and lasting duration of exercise when establishing the exercise prescription; and then obtain the scientific and reasonable exercise prescription.
