摘要
针对当前一些学术理论期刊忽视经济效益的现状,指出目无经济效益的办刊理念势必导致社会效益不高。强调在市场经济条件下,学术理论期刊必须与时俱进,树立符合出版规律的全新的办刊理念:“社会效益第一”并不等于“社会效益惟一”;既要看到两个效益的矛盾性,更要看到两个效益的统一性和相互转化;重视经济效益并不等于惟利是图;变换视角看,经济效益也是一种社会效益。只有办刊理念产生巨大变化,我国的学术期刊出版业才能焕发出勃勃生机。
In allusion to some theoretical journals ignoring the publication economic benefit, this paper points out that, the idea despising economic benefit will certainly lead to low society benefit; in the market domain society academic theoretical periodicals must update ideas to run journals according to publication rules; “ society benefit first” doesn＇t come up to “society benefit only” ; we must catch not only contradictions but also unifications and transform between two benefits; emphasizing economic benefit doesn＇t come up to draw water to one＇s mill; economic benefit is also society benefit. Only by changing ideas to manage journals tremendously will our academic journal publication industry thrive.
