摘要
关于学术期刊改革的研究,围绕要不要专业化、能不能企业化、可不可以特色化等问题,学术界和期刊界展开了激烈的争论。这场争论虽然没有形成一个明确的结论,但为学术期刊是转企还是转型提供了一个方向性选择。改革学术期刊,宏观来看根本路径在于改革束缚和制约学术期刊发展的体制,中观来看关键路径在于谋求学术期刊的发展转型,微观来看有效路径在于改革学术期刊的人事管理制度。
Academia and the journal industry had a heat debate about whether the research of academic journals should be marketization, specialization, characterization. Although the debate don't get a clear conclusion, it provides a directional selection. Reforming the academic journals should reform the system which restricts their development from the macro-view, seeks the development transformation from the medium-view, reforms the personnel management system from the micro-view.
