摘要
对于死刑存废这一国内外热点讨论的论题,本文拟从生命权不容侵犯这一新的角度进行论证。人的生命权具有不可剥夺性,与普通人一样,罪犯也享有不可剥夺的生命权;死刑虽披着“合法”的面纱,但也是对人的生命权的侵犯;死刑不是保护一般人的生命权所必需的刑罚。
Death abolition, discussed all over the world, is explained from a new point that the right of life cannot be offended. Just as common people＇s lives cannot be deprived, criminals＇ cannot, either. Although death penalty is legal apparently, it still offends people＇s right of life, and it is not the necessary penalty to protect people＇s lives.
