摘要
双语教学是我国高等教育适应国际化趋势,培养富有创新精神和国际视野的复合型高素质人才的需要。推进双语教学势必要全面提高教师素养,正确处理理论和实践的关系,坚持双语教学本土化的价值取向。本文通过对双语教学中“双师型”教师应具备的能力和素质分析,提出了在我国双语教学中“双师型”教师培养面临的问题及其对策,旨在提高教学和人才培养质量。
The bilingual teaching in Chinese colleges and universities is an effective measure for the globalization of China's higher education and for the training of high-calibred talents with composite knowledge, with creativity and with international vision. In order to facilitate the practice of bilingual teaching, it is important that we upgrade the quality of the teachers, make sure of the right positioning of the theory and practice, and adhere to the orientation of the localization of bilingual teaching. The present essay brings forth the problems and their solutions in the training of teachers competent in both theory and practice so as to promote the quality of the teaching.
