摘要
采用羟乙基纤维素为保护胶体制备了醋丙乳液,探讨了乳液聚合过程中共聚单体配比、保护胶体用量、温度和引发剂等因素对乳液聚合的影响,多方面考察乳液的性能。结果表明:羟乙基纤维素为保护胶体可制备稳定的醋丙乳液,该乳液具有优良的电解质性能。
The vinyl acetate-acrylate latex was prepared by hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC) as protective colloid. The factors that influence stability of the latex had been studied during polymerization,such as the proportion of the copolymer monomer, the concentration of the protective colloid, temperature and the amount of the initiator. The results indicated that the stable latex was able to be prepared by HEC as protective colloid and some properties of the latex were better than that of conventional latex, especially the electrolyte stability.
