摘要
用保肾康治疗４５例慢性肾功能不全患者的结果显示：保肾康可使血浆内皮素、Ｄ二聚体、ＢＵＮ、Ｓｃｒ均较治疗前有显著的降低，表明该药能有效地改善肾功能。
Forty-five patients with chronic renal failure were treated by Bao Shen Kang.The result showed the drug could obviously reduce endothelin(ET),D-Dimer,BUN and Scr in plasma,so that it was efficacious in improving renal function.
