摘要
回顾分析了 8年来中药治疗肾小球疾病的机理研究概况。研究进展表明 ,中药能减轻实验动物肾脏的病理改变 ,调节实验动物体内的免疫反应 ,可改善肾小球疾病患者物质、能量代谢紊乱 ,调节内分泌 ,对肾小球疾病的治疗作用是多方面的 ;机制研究目前以病理学研究、免疫学研究为主。
In review of the general situation about the study on the functional mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of glomerulopathy in the recent eight years,the results showed that Chinese herbal medicine could regulate immune reaction in the experimental animals,improve the metabolic disturbance in substance and energy in the patients with glomerulopathy and display the therapeutic effect for glomerulopathy in the multiple aspects,and that the mechanism study is focused in pathology and immunology at present.
