摘要 自体造血干细胞移植是治疗白血病的重要手段,但存在净化不彻底、对干细胞损伤较大及治疗后复发率较高等问题。该文主要介绍自体造血干细胞移植体外净化白血病细胞方面的进展,包括免疫净化法、化学药物法、反义寡核苷酸净化法、细胞因子净化法、体外培养法、物理学等方法,探讨高效低毒的净化策略,以期为临床有效清除造血干细胞移植物中残留白血病细胞提供新方法。
