鲍氏不动杆菌临床分布与耐药性分析 被引量:3

Clinical distribution and drug resistance analysis of Acinetobacter baumannii during 2012-2013

摘要 目的了解鲍氏不动杆菌在标本与科室分布及其耐药性,为临床有效治疗疾病、预防及控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2012年1月-2013年12月临床分离的821株鲍氏不动杆菌药物敏感试验进行分析,采用法国生物梅里埃公司ATB Expression微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)进行药物敏感试验,数据采用WHONET 5.4软件进行统计分析。结果 821株鲍氏不动杆菌的标本分布以痰液为主,共564株占68.70%;科室分布以ICU为主,共317株占38.61%;对头孢唑林、氨苄西林等耐药率>90.00%,对替加环素耐药率最低为0.65%。结论鲍氏不动杆菌感染呈上升趋势,对多种抗菌药物耐药率较高,且呈多药耐药性,医院应重视微生物送检及药敏试验,合理使用抗菌药物,有效控制鲍氏不动杆菌蔓延。 OBJECTIVE To understand the distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from different specimens and departments and to analyze its drug resistance so as to provide basis for effective clinical treatments and pre‐vention and control of hospital infections .METHODS Totally 821 strains of A .baumannii isolated from Jan .2012 and Dec .2013 were perform with drug sensitivity test and the bacteria identification results were analyzed by ATB Expression microbial analyzer of BioMerieux of France and the drug sensitivity test was conducted with diffusion method (K‐B) .All data were statistically analyzed by WHONET 5 .4 software .RESULTS A .baumannii with 821 strains were mainly founded in sputum samples (564 strains) ,accounting for 68 .70% .And the bacteria were the most common in ICU with 317 strains ,holding 38 .61% .They were highly resistant to cefazolin and ampicillin with the rates over 90% ,but were sensitive to tigecycline with the drug resistance rate of only 0 .65% . CONCLUSION The infection rate of A .baumannii shows an upward trend and the bacteria were highly resistant to various antibiotics ,namely multi‐drug resistant .Hospitals should pay more attention to microorganism inspection and drug sensitivity test so that antibiotics can be applied rationally to effectively control the spread of A .bauman‐nii .
