摘要
论述了三自由度精密转台的技术要求、结构设计和三轴运动的实现方式;并对轴系精度、定位精度和测角精度进行了分析计算,保证了转台的精度。
This paper describes the technology, structure and mode of 3-shaft operation for three degree of freedom precision rotating platform . The shafting precision, orientating precision and measuring angle precision were calculated and analyzed to verify the high precision capability of the plateform.
