摘要
活塞式压缩机是工业领域中非常核心的设备,其组成结构复杂,设计难度高。文中对活塞式压缩机的设计过程进行了详细的分析,对比了过去基于简单计算机模拟的设计过程和基于实体建模的设计过程,比较了不同设计方法的特点。提出了基于计算机辅助的活塞式压缩机设计方案,集成了CAD/CAE/CAM等各种计算机辅助开发手段,有效提高了活塞式压缩机的设计精度,缩短了设计周期。
The reciprocal compressor is the core equipment in the industrial field,its composition structure is complex,the design process is highly difficulty.This paper has carried on the detailed analysis to reciprocal compressor design process,has contrasted in the past proposal based on the simple computer simulation design process and based on the entity modeling design process,compared with different design method characteristics.Proposed design proposal based on the computer auxiliary reciprocal compressor,integrated CAD/CAE/CAM and so on each computer auxiliary development method,increased reciprocal compressor's design precision effectively,reduced the design cycle.
