摘要
采用快速化学液相沉积技术,以液态碳源为前驱体,沉积温度为850~1100℃,系统压力为0.1MPa制备了一种Cf/C复合材料.利用扫描电子显微镜观察了基体热解碳的组织结构;测定了材料的物理、力学、导电、耐磨等性能.研究表明,快速化学液相沉积技术可快速制备出高性能的Cf/C复合材料,其密度达到1.786g/cm3,抗弯强度和抗压强度分别达到118.9MPa、84.6MPa.同时测试了材料的耐磨性和导电性.
Adopting Rapid Chemical Liquid Deposition(RCLD) to produce Cr/C composites. The precursor used in the experiment is liquid carbon source, and the remperature of deposition is between 850 - 1100℃, and its system pressure is 0.1MPa. Using the scanning electron microscope to watch the micmstructure of Cr/C composites;measuring the physical and mechanical properties of Cr/C material. The research results indicates that RCLD can produce Cr/C composites of execllent pmperites quickly. The density is 1. 786g/cm^3 ;flexural strength is 118.9MPa; compressive strength is 84.6MPa; this material possesses better wear resistance and electric conductivity.
