微特电机用焙烧型高阻炭刷的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用鳞片石墨和煅后焦粉为主要炭质原料,以改性沥青为粘结剂,加入铜粉和添加荆,焙烧温度为700℃,制备出了符合交流串激式高速微特电机使用要求的焙烧型高阻炭刷。采用XRD和SEM分析了炭刷断口面的相组成和显微形貌。通过炭刷实际装机运行,其火花小于1.5级,磨损小,寿命可达250小时以上, 解决了国产炭刷在某类型交流串激式高速微特电机上运行时常常产生火花大、磨损快的问题,达到了进口同类型高阻炭刷的质量水平。 Baking type high-resistivity carbon brushes for AC series high-speed micromotors were developed at a baking temperature of 700℃ ,using scale graphite and calcined coke powder as main carbon materials and modified pitch as binder,in addition,copper powders and other additives were also added in. The cross-section phase composition and microstructure of the carbon brushes were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The running results show that the spark grade is lower than 1.5,the wear is slight and the operational life reaches 250h above. The baking type high-resistivity carbon brush developed can solye the problems of high spark grade and wear rate of the domestic carbon brushes while be used in the specific AC series high-speed micromotor,it reaches the quality level of that of the imported high-resistivity carbon brushes of the same type.
