摘要
弓网系统受流摩擦下滑板温度是影响其磨耗率的关键因素。笔者根据传热学原理和有限元方法,建立了滑板温度场的计算模型,给出了边界条件,并运用ANSYS建模和计算,得出载荷、速度、电流变化对滑板导电斑点温度的影响,并通过与实验数据对比证明了仿真模型的正确性。
The temperature of the slide plate of the pantograph and catenary system is a key factor which affects the wear rate of the slide plate. This article has established the mathematical model of temperature field of the slide plate based on "the heat transfer principle and finite element methods with boundary conditions. Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS modeling and calculating, the influence of normal load, velocity and current variation on the slide plate conductive spots' temperature have been obtained. The validity of the ANSYS modeling has been testified by comparing the simulation and experimental data.
