硬质合金刀具金刚石涂层的热应力仿真 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了金刚石涂层冷却阶段金刚石涂层热应力有限元模型,通过有限元模型研究了各工艺参数和基体几何尺寸对于热应力的影响。有限元仿真的结果表明,沉积温度、冷却速度、膜厚和硬质合金基体前角对热应力的影响较大。 This paper establishes the FEA model of thermal stress of diamond coat by ANSYS and based on the model, studies the influence of deposition parameters on the thermal stress. The result shows the temperature of deposition, cooling speed, the film thickness and the rake angle of tool have a great influence on the thermal stress.
