摘要
激励是高校人力资源管理的核心因素。内激励与外激励相结合、以内激励为主的原则是高校教师激励的基本原则之一。根据高校人力资源管理的特点,运用罗伯特.豪斯综合型激励模式探讨通过强化内激励,提高高校教师工作积极性的途径,对于新形势下的高校人力资源管理以及高校核心竞争力的形成与维持,具有非常重要的意义。
Motivation is the key factor of personnel management in universities. Using both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, with the former as the major means, is one of the fundamental principles applied to motivating university teachers. This paper analyzes the features of intrinsic motivation and discusses its application to enhance teachers' enthusiasm on the basis of Robert House's comprehensive motivation theory, with a view to forming and maintaining competitive power of higher institution of education in the new situation.
