摘要
通过对高职生在就业过程中表现出的矛盾、焦虑心理障碍的分析,提出高职院校应进一步完善市场机制,营建良好的就业环境,深化教学改革,依靠社会、学校、学生的共同努力,促使学生克服心理障碍,并顺利就业。
Through analysis of psychological obstacle for undergraduates displaying contradiction and anxiety in the process of employment, we should focus on perfecting market mechanism, build good employment environment and deepen educational reform. We also depend on society, colleges and students efforts to make students overcome psychological obstacle and obtain employment quickly.
