寄生虫副肌球蛋白的分子免疫学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 副肌球蛋白存在于无脊椎动物,由同源二聚体构成。副肌球蛋白具有多方面的生理作用,是一个重要的显性抗原,具有调节免疫反应的特性。近来,对副肌球蛋白的分子生物学特点和免疫学作用做了较广泛深入的研究。该文将从其分布,作用及分子特征,疫苗的研究,T、B淋巴细胞表位,参与免疫调节等研究进展进行了综述。
