摘要
CTLA 4是一种重要的参与下调T细胞功能的共刺激分子 ,结构与CD2 8相似 ,二者竞争性与相同的配体B7结合。CTLA 4的作用机制目前还不十分清楚 ,可能与其参与介导T细胞凋亡、抑制IL 2分泌、阻滞细胞周期从G0 G1 期向S期发展、与CD2 8竞争B7、促进TGF β分泌等有关。CTLA 4基因多态性与疾病 ,尤其是自身免疫病的相关性研究正逐渐成为人们的研究热点。由于CTLA 4的特殊功能 ,利用CTLA 4治疗自身免疫病、过敏性疾病、感染。
CTLA 4 is a critical costimulatory molecule for T cell activation and plays a role in down regulation of T cell function. It is similar in structure to CD28 and competes with CD28 for the same ligand, B7. The functions of CTLA 4 is multiple and related to the induction of T cell apoptosis, inhibition of IL 2 secretion and cell cycle progression and mediation of secretion of TGF β. Recent studies have shown associations between CTLA 4 gene polymorphisms and autoimmune diseases. Since its important down regulation of T cell response, CTLA 4 will be used for treatment with autoimmune, allergic, infective diseases, for modification of tumors and for prevention of transplantation rejection.
