摘要
本实验对粪肠球菌的基础培养基碳、氮源进行筛选,同时对其生长所需的温度、时间和接菌量进行研究,优化出适合粪肠球菌生长最佳培养基,以提高活菌数量。在优化后的培养基中菌数分别达5.6×109CFU/mL、8.0×109CFU/mL。
In this study basic culture medium of Enterococcusfaecalis was optimized on source of carbon and nitrogen, and the same time the optimal growing temperature, time and amount of addition Enterococcus faecalis was studied, Optimize the optimal culture medium for Enterococcusfaecalis in order to improve amount of living strain. The amount of two Enterococcus faecalis strains was 5.6×10^9, 8.0×10^9CFU/mL in optimal medium., respectively.
