摘要
目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)血清总胆红素(TBIL)与氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)水平的变化及其相互之间的关系。方法:采用日立7600-20型全自动生化分析仪氧化酶法检测血清TBIL含量;采用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法检测OX-LDL水平。结果:冠心病组血清TBIL明显低干健康对照组(8.855±2. 97μmol/L vs 15.51±3.92μmol/L,P<0.01),而血浆OX-LDL明显高于健康对照组(85.63±32.45mmol/L vs 29.21±11.36mmol/L,P<0.01);冠心病患者血清TBIL与血浆OX-LDL的变化呈显著负相关(r=-0. 61,P<0.01),而健康对照组中两者间的相关性则不明显(r=-0.15,P>0.05)。结论:冠心病时血清TBIL显著降低而OX-LDL显著升高;冠心病患者血清TBIL抗LDL氧化能力的减弱可能是导致OX-LDL升高的重要原因之一。
Object: To investigate the changes of total serum biliruin (TBIL) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and the relationship with each other in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Total serum bilirubin is measured by analysis instrument of using method of 7600-20 made in Japan. plasma OX-LDL was measured by double antibody enzyme linked immu- neosorbent assay. Results: Serum level of TBIL is greatly decreased in patients with CHD as comp- ared with healthy subjects (8.85±2. 97μmol/L vs 15. 51±3. 92μmol/L, P〈0. 01), while plasma level of OX-LDL is markedly increased in patients with CHD as compared with healthy subjects (85.63±32.45mmol/L vs 29.21±11.36mmol/L,P〈 0.01). Serum level of TBIL is inversely correlated with plasma level of OX-LDL in patients with CHD(r=- 0. 61, p〈0. 01). There is no difference in serum level of TBIL and plasma level of OX-LDL in healthy subjects. Conclusion.. TBIL plays roles against LDL oxygenation in CHD and the impairment of anti-oxidate ability of TBIL may be an important factor causing OX-LDL level to be increased in patients with CHD.
