摘要
通过对国内减压蒸馏技术的现状及深拔技术的分析,对提高大庆原油总拔出率的可行性进行了系统的定量研究尝试,提出采用新型高效规整填料代替塔盘,提高减压塔分离效率;采用新型的塔进料结构,减少雾沫夹带及渣油携带,并对减压塔进行了技术改造的计算机模拟研究。结果表明:改造后,减压润滑油馏程范围减少1/3,侧线油品之间重叠度下降2/3,总拔出率增加4个百分点,所取得的经济效益将十分显著。
The possibility for improving the distillation yield of Daqing crude was quantitatively investigated, and was calculated by computer simulation. Several technical measures, such as applying high efficency packing instead of trays to improve the separation in vacuum distillation, and using new type of feed inlet structure to decrease the entrainment and the residuum carry, etc., were proposed. The simulation results showed that the distillation yield of vacuum column can be increased by 4%.
