摘要 某炼油厂减压塔的衬里和填料采用316L,炼制的原油为含酸低硫油。2014年停工检修发现其减三段和过汽化油段发生严重腐蚀。分析认为减压塔的减三段和过汽化油段发生严重腐蚀,一方面是由于其温度正处在环烷酸聚集的温度范围,发生了环烷酸和硫的协同化学腐蚀;还有就是在历次扩能改造的时候,该减压塔塔径未曾改变,又采用了深拔技术,从而使塔内介质流速加大,导致严重的冲刷腐蚀。提出了长期和短期的防腐对策,尤其是关于工艺操作方面的建议,供国内其他炼油厂参考。 A refinery was operated to process acidic low- sulfur oil, and 316L stainless steel lining and packings were installed in the vacuum distillation tower. A serious corrosion was found in the 3rd side - draw and over - vaporization oil section of the vacuum tower in the overhaul in 2014. The analysis concluded that the corrosion in the 3rd side - draw and over - vaporization section of the tower was the synergic chemical corrosion by naphthenie acid and sulfur in the temperature range of naphthenic acid accumulation. In addition, the diameter of the vacuum tower was not changed and deep - cut vacuum distillation process was applied in the unit revamping, which increased the flow velocity of the effluent inside the tower and aggravated the impingement erosive corrosion. Both the long- term and short -term corrosion protection measures are proposed, especially the recommendations for process operation, which provide a good reference of domestic refiners.
