摘要
本文介绍所开发的常压蒸馏塔简捷计算模拟软件,利用将油品切割成虚拟组分的方法,使其能够应用各种理论公式和经验模型。它具有计算速度快、收敛性能好和计算精度较高(切割温度的相对误差<0.32%,塔各部位操作温度的相对误差<2.10%)等特点,为进一步实现常压蒸馏塔的优化控制和炼油厂全流程的模拟及优化奠定了基础。
A simulation model for atmospheric distillation tower (ADT) for crude oil is developed. The crude oil and it's products are cut into a number of pseudo--components whose properties can be calculated by using various theoretical formulas and experience models. The method is presented section by section for ADT. The advantage of the method is that not only the calculation and convergence speed is faster than that of tray by tray method,but also the accuracy is more satisfactory than that of shortcut method. The relative error of cut point temperature on crude TBP curve is less than 0. 32%,and that of operating temperature for ADT is less than 2. 10%. This method provides basis for further realizing the optimum control of ADT and the simulation of overall flowsheet for a refinery.
