摘要
分析了米糠油物理精炼和化学精炼的脱酸损耗成因,指出无论是物理精炼还是化学精炼都是由必然损耗、物理损耗和化学损耗3种损耗构成的。在生产中应采取针对性措施控制损耗,达到减少油脂损耗的目的。
There are three kinds of loss in both physical and chemical refining of rice bran oil, namely, inevitable loss, physical and chemical loss. Oil loss can be reduced by taking corresponding measures in deacidification of rice bran oil.
