摘要
采用聚合物溶液的热致相分离和冷冻干燥技术,制备了具有开放网络状孔洞结构的全氘代低密度、微孔聚苯乙烯泡沫.该全氘代聚苯乙烯泡沫密度为0.02~0.2 g/cm3,对应的平均孔径为10~0.2 μm,氘代率大于98 %.泡沫形貌结构的分析结果表明,泡沫结构取决于氘代聚苯乙烯溶液的相分离过程.
In this paper, the low density porous perduterated polystyrene foams with open-network structure, density of 0.02-0.2 g/cm^3 , corresponding cell sizes of 10-0.2μm, and the deuterated ratio above 98 % have been fabricated by the thermally-induced phase separation (TIPS) technique and the freeze-drying technique. The experiments show that the morphologies of these foams are determined by the thermodynamics and kinetics of phase separation.
