摘要
介绍了惯性约束聚变(ICF)靶用聚乙烯醇-聚苯乙烯(PVA-PS)双层塑料空心微球的制球工艺及实验结果。采用微封装技术及三维旋转真空干燥技术,制得的PVA-PA双层空心微球,直径100~500μm,壁厚10~35μm,(PVA层5~15μm,PS层5~30μm),球形度及同心度分别优于95%及85%,表面粗糙度低于300nm。该双层微球的主要技术指标均已达到ICF制靶要求。
y microencapsulation and rotating drying technique, we have produced PVAPS doublelayer shells that can be used as fuel container of inertial confinement fusion (ICF) targets. First, the W1 phase which contains 3 ̄7 g PVA and 93 ̄97 g H2O is poured into a stirred O phase which contains 5 ̄10 g PS and 90 ̄95 g CH2Cl2, W1/O is formed. To obtain W1/O/W2 emuision, W1/O emulsion is stirred into W2 phase (1 g gelatin and 99 g H2O). By heating, the CH2Cl2 is removed, solid PS shells which encapsulate W1 phase are formed. After filtered, the PS shells are dried at 40 ̄50 ℃ and -70 ̄-50 kPa in a threedimesion rotating dryer, finally PVA is deposited on the inner surface of the PS shells, and PVAPS shells are formed. The doublelayered shells diameter and wall thickness are 100 ̄500 μm and 10 ̄35 μm(PVA 5 ̄15 μm,PS 5 ̄30 μm) respectively. The nonsphericity and nonconcentricity are less than 5% and 10%. While the surface roughesses are no more than 300 nm.
