摘要
目的:探讨bc l-2和bax蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与恶性程度的关系。方法:对本院神经外科住院手术切除的脑胶质瘤组织标本60例用免疫组化法检测bc l-2和bax蛋白的表达,用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡。结果:Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤间bc l-2、bax蛋白表达阳性细胞率分别为(50.55±1.63)%、(35.14±0.87)%、(15.42±1.56)%和(15.08±0.99)%、(28.15±1.58)%、(39.58±1.66)%(均P<0.05)和凋亡细胞百分率(4.58±1.05)%、(10.26±1.66)%、(19.78±1.45)%(P<0.05),差异有显著性。胶质瘤的分级与bc l-2蛋白阳性细胞率呈负相关(r=-0.8991,P<0.05),与bax蛋白表达和凋亡细胞百分率呈正相关(r=0.8856,0.9047,P<0.05)。结论:bc l-2、bax蛋白表达阳性细胞率和凋亡细胞百分率与胶质瘤的恶性程度有关。
Objective:To explore the bel-2 and bax expression in human gliomas and its relation with the degree of glioma malignancy. Methods: bcl-2 and bax protein expression positive cell rates in 60 human brain gliomas were determined by immunohistochemical technique, and apoptotic cell rates were evaluated by TUNEL method. Results: The differences of bcl-2 and bax protein expression positive cell rates respectively (50.55±1.63 )% , (35. 14±0.87)%,(15.42±1.56)% and (15.08±0.99)%,(28. 15±1.58)%,(39.58±1.66)%,all(P〈0.05) and apoptotic cell rates ( 4. 58±1.05)%,(10.26±1.66)%, (19.78±1.45)%, (P 〈0.05) were statistically significant among Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ malignant degrees in gliomas. The malignant degrees of gliomas were positively correlated with bax protein expression cell rate and apoptotic cell rate ( r = 0. 8856, 0. 9047, P 〈 0.05) , but was negatively correlated to bcl-2 protein expression cell rate (r = -0. 8991,P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: Bcl-2 and bax protein positive cell rates and apoptotic cell rate could be related to the degrees of malignancy of human brain gliomas.
