摘要
宪法是人民权利的保障书。中国宪法修正案将人权写入宪法,为人权的实现提供了宪法保障。我们应从考察人权的历史发展及其在宪法中的地位出发,深入理解中国宪法确认人权的意义,中国宪法确认的人权内容,以及保障人权实现的相关制度。
Constitution is the guarantee of people's rights. China wrote human rights into its constitution and offered constitutional guarantee of realization of human rights. This paper analyzes the content, institution of human rights in china's constitution.
