溶血卵磷脂开放胰腺炎大鼠血脑屏障的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胰腺炎时胰酶的作用产物之一溶血卵磷脂(LPC)对胰腺炎大鼠血脑屏障(BBB)通透性的影响。方法:首先将SD大鼠用Aho HJ法制成急性水肿型胰腺炎模型,随后实验组从大鼠的尾静脉注入LPC;对照组1在制成胰腺炎模型后从尾静脉注入生理盐水;对照组2为非手术组,单纯对其进行尾静脉注入LPC。其后7~10 d应用辣根过氧化物酶-二氨基联苯胺(HRP-DAB)显色法检测3组大鼠BBB的通透性,同时应用马根维显行磁共振造影检查其BBB的通透性。结果:HRP-DAB法显示实验组大鼠的BBB通透性明显升高,对照组BBB升高不明显,具有统计学差异;实验组大鼠表现为HRP局部血管外渗出;磁共振检查显示实验组及对照组大鼠BBB均无开放。结论:LPC能开放胰腺炎大鼠的BBB。 Objective To explore whether Ivsolecithin choline(LPC) could enhance blood-brain barrier(BBB) permeability of the rats of pancreatitis. Methods Acute edematous pancreatitis rat models were induced according to the Aho method. The test group rats were intravenously given LPC. Control Group 1 rats were injected saline through the tail vein after induced pancreatitis. Control Group 2 rats was treated with intravenously injecting LPC without operation. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was used as a tracer to determine if the BBB permeability of experimental rats was increased 7-10 days after application of LPC. The extravasated tracer was then showed by diaminobenzidine (DAB). All the rats underwent magnetic resonance inaging(MRI) examination to decide whether the BBB was opened by using Gd-DTPA as a contrast marker. Results The BBB permeability of the test group rats was enhanced significantly while both control groups had basically intact BBB. A statistical difference exists between the test group and ,ntrol groups. Regional extent of HRP extravasation was observed in the test group. But no BBB opening was demonstrated bv MRI examination. Conclusions LPC helps to open the BBB of the pancreatitis rats.
