摘要
目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中S100蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测癌间质中树突状细胞(DC)和癌细胞PCNA。结果31例膀胱移行细胞癌中不同病理分级的肿瘤,DC表达和PCNA的表达均具明显差异(P<0.05)。结论膀胱移行细胞癌中PCNA的表达随肿瘤病理分级升高而增强,DC的表达随膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级升高而下降。
Objective To explore the S-100 and PCNA expression and significance in bladder cancer. Methods SP method of immunohistochemistry was used to examine the dendritic cell（DC） and proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）. Results The DC and PCNA expressions were different obviously in 31 cases of bladder cancer（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The PCNA expression increases with the rise of pathologic grade of bladder cancer, while the DC expression decreases at the same time.
