摘要 水通道蛋白-4(AQP4)是中枢神经系统内最重要的水通道蛋白,主要表达在星形胶质细胞接近微血管的足板细胞膜上。其参与了脑内水的代谢以及脑脊液分泌、吸收等重要的生理过程,并且在各种致病因素导致的脑水肿形成过程中,起了关键作用。AQP4的功能改变将可能成为许多以脑水肿为主要特征的中枢神经系统疾病的中心环节,随着研究的深入将有可能成为新的治疗突破点。 Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) is the predominant water channel in the expresses in astrocity's endfeet membranes in contact with brain microvessels ueuropil of the central nervous system. It highly AQP4 is involved in cerebral water metabolism and cerebrospinal fluid production and absorption. It plays crucial roles in different kinds of pathological conditions associated cerebral edema. The change of the function of AQP4 is critical in the diseases related to cerebral edema. It means that further studies of this protein might provide us new therapy in these diseases.
