摘要
目的:探讨99Tcm-2β-[N,N′-双(2-巯乙基)乙撑二胺基]甲基-3β-(4-氯苯基)托烷(TRODAT-1)多巴胺转运蛋白(transporter,DAT)显像在帕金森病(PD)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:对50例早期PD患者和12例健康对照者行脑DAT99Tcm-TRODAT-1SPECT断层显像。利用感兴趣区技术测定纹状体与小脑部位DAT比值。结果:健康对照组双侧纹状体摄取差异无显著性。早期PD患者双侧纹状体与小脑部位比值分别较健康对照组明显降低(P均<0·001)。起病肢体对侧纹状体与小脑部位比值比起病肢体同侧纹状体与小脑部位比值明显降低(P均<0·001)。结论:脑99Tcm-TRODAT-1SPECT显像有助于PD的早期诊断。
Aim:To evaluate the clinical application values of ^99Tc^m- 2β-[N, N'-bis(2-mercaptoethyl) ethylenediamino] methyl-3β-(4-chlomphenyl) tropane (TRODAT-1) dopanline transporter (DAT) SPECT imaging in the diagnosing of early stage Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods: Fifty patients with early-stage PD and twelve age-matched healthy were examined with ^99Tc^m-TRODAT-I DAT SPECT inlaging. Striatum specific uptake of ^99Tc^m-TRODAT-I was calculated with region of interest analysis according to the ratio of striatum (ST) and cerebellum (CB). Results: No obvious side-to-side differences were observed in controls. There was a significant decline in bilateral ST/CB in early stage PD compared to controls ( P 〈 0.001 ). ST/CB in tile striatum eontralateral to the predominantly 'affected limbs decreased significantly compared to ipsilateral side ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion:^99Tc^m-TRODAT-1 SPECT DAT imaging on human brain can help the diagnosing of patients with PD at the early stage.
