姜黄素对哮喘大鼠气道胶原沉积及转化生长因子β1表达的影响 被引量:5

Effect of curcumine on the deposition of the collagen in the respiratory tract and the expression level of the transforming growth factor β 1 in the rat with asthma

摘要 目的观察姜黄素对哮喘大鼠模型气道胶原沉积、转化生长因子β1(TGF_β1)含量的影响。方法36只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、哮喘模型组(B组)、姜黄素组(C组)各12只,采用卵蛋白(OVA)等致敏大鼠哮喘模型,观察3组动物哮喘发作症状、胶原沉积情况及免疫组化染色后TGF_β1着色情况。结果B组大鼠哮喘发作症状最明显,C组大鼠症状轻,A组无症状。B组支气管粘膜下、血管壁及周围、肺胞壁、肺间质均有胶原大量沉积;C组胶原沉积明显轻于B组;A组最轻,胶原沉积不明显。肺组织石蜡切片免疫组化发现B组TGF_β1着色最强,C组较弱,A组微弱表达。结论姜黄素可抑制哮喘的气道胶原沉积,而在延缓气道重建中起重要作用,其作用可能是通过抑制TGF_β1的表达来实现。
