摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。[方法]选取浙江省中医院及浙江省中西医结合医院呼吸科确诊为支气管哮喘缓解期的61例患者,随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(25例),对照组常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辨证论治,肺虚型予玉屏风散扶正固表,脾虚型予六君子汤益气健脾,肾虚型予金匮肾气丸或七味都气丸益肾纳气。观察治疗前后的临床症状体征量化积分变化、中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数及肺功能相关指标。[结果]治疗组和对照组显效率均>80%,治疗前后两组症状体征量化积分、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞均有改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量(first second forced expiratory volume,FEV1),1秒率(FEV1.0/FVC)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]支气管哮喘缓解期患者采用中西医结合治疗可显著改善临床症状,且在改善肺功能指标等方面优于单纯西医治疗。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combination to TCM and WM on bronchial asthma in catabasis.[Method] Select 61 such cases,randomly divide them into treatment group（n=36） and control group（n=25）,the control group took routine WM,the treatment one took treatment based on differentiation of signs on the basis of control one,i.e.for lung deficiency,administer yubingfeng powder for strengthening essence to protect the surface;for deficient spleen,Liujunzi Decoction to nourish spleen Qi;For deficient kidney,Jiinkui Shenqi Pill or Qiwei Duqi Pill to tomify kidney qi.Observe the clinical symptoms sings quantitive integral change,neutrophile granulocyte count,lymphocyte count and concerned index of lung function of them.[Result] Both groups marked effective rates were80%;after treatment,the indexes above were all improved,but the difference was of no statistical meaning;the first second forced expiratory volume（FEV1） and FEV1.0/FVC were obviously better in treatment group than control one.[Conclusion] The said method can markedly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve lung function of the bronchial asthma in catabasis,which are better than pure WM therapy.
