摘要
笔者报道经内镜黏膜切除术治疗食管一胃黏膜下隆起性病变患者的护理。术前做好心理护理及各项准备工作;术中密切配合,保证手术顺利进行;术后严密观察、积极预防和及早发现、处理并发症;正确、及时、有效地完成药疗计划,是提高手术成功率和疗效,避免并发症发生的重要一环。
The authors reported perioperative nursing care of patients with esophageal and gastric submucous protrusion lesion treated with endoscopic mucosectomy. Making good psychological preparation and other preparations preoperatively, operative close cooperation, postoperative close observation, preventing and handling with complications as early as possible and completing medical plan correctly, timely and effectively are key links to improve operative success rate and effective rate and avoid complications.
