摘要
目的:在胃镜检查中正确执行知情权和充分履行告知义务。方法:对3113例胃镜检查患者进行胃镜检查知情同意书签字的做法。结果:3113例不同年龄阶段的患者通过执行知情权后,争取积极态度总数85.8%。结论:通过恰当的护理工作,提高法律意识,维护医患双方的合法权益,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To study how to carry out the right to learn the truth and the obligation of notification in Gastroscopy to patients. Method 3113 patients were requested to sign the informed consent paper and were informed the fact of Gastrocopy before examination. Result 85.8% patients of different age grades welcomed the activity. Conclusions Through proper nursing action, we enhanced our legal consciousness, protected the legal rights of the both sides between doctor and patient and reduced the cases of the medical dispute.
