摘要
目的:总结经内镜黏膜切除术围手术期的护理及术中配合经验。方法:收治经内镜黏膜切除术治疗消化道黏膜下肿瘤患者80例,加强术前护理、术中护理、术后护理。结果:本组患者80例,均完整将肿物切除,满意76例,比较满意3例,不满意1例,满意度98.75%。结论:加强经内镜黏膜切除术围手术期护理及术中配合明显提高了临床疗效和患者满意度。
Objective:To sum up the experience of perioperative nursing and operation in endoscopic mucosal resection.Methods:80 patients with gastrointestinal submucosal tumors who had endoscopic mucosal resection were selected,strengthen preoperative nursing,intraoperative nursing,postoperative nursing.Results:In this group of 80 patients,all of them were completely respected,76 cases were satisfactory,3 cases were general satisfactory,1 cases were not satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 98.75%.Conclusion:The clinical effect and satisfaction degree of patients were significantly improved by strengthening the perioperative nursing and intraoperative cooperation in the endoscopic mucosal resection.
