摘要
比较研究了2种常用的茶皂苷的定量方法,分析了它们的优缺点,并用自制油茶皂苷纯品为标样,绘制了油茶皂苷定量的标准曲线,相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9933。
Two common used methods of quantitative determination of tea saponins were compared, the standard curves of quantitative determination were studied by using self-made standard samples and correlation was 0. 999 6 and 0. 993 3.
