摘要
以羟丙基甲基纤维素和乙基纤维素为骨架材料,乳糖为致孔剂,采用50%乙醇湿法制备了油茶皂苷缓释片。经智能溶出仪与UV测定,油茶皂苷缓释片B的缓释效果良好。
Tea saponin was supported on hydroxylpropyl-methyl-eellulose and ethyl-cellulose in the presence of lactose by 50% alcohol wet method to obtain tea saponin sustained-release tablets. The dissolution of the tablets was determined by dissolution tester and UV. The results showed that the tablets B exhibited good sustained-release property.
